User Data Deletion (Facebook Login)

In accordance with Meta (Facebook) requirements and our Privacy Policy, you may request the deletion of any personal data collected via Facebook Login on LiftAura.net.

How to request deletion

1. Send us an email at customer@liftaura.net

2. Provide the email address you used to log in with Facebook

3. (Optional) Provide your Facebook User ID

4. We will process your request within 30 business days and permanently delete the relevant data from our systems, unless we are legally required to retain it.

Scope of deletion

• Name, email address, and profile picture provided by Facebook during login

• Facebook ID associated with your account on our website

• Authentication tokens used for login

Certain data may still be retained as required by law (e.g., billing, fraud prevention, or compliance).
